Darcy Robblee is the founder, curriculum designer, and teaching artist at The Laughing Elizabeth Children's Theatre. She is also an English instructor with an online academy and is a homeschool mother to her six children and an active military wife. Darcy has taught English and Rhetoric in emergent school models for over 16 years. She earned her MA in Theatre History and Criticism from Catholic University of America and her undergraduate in Literature from Patrick Henry College. Dayle Percle is the proud mom of two daughters at Ad Fontes Academy in first and fourth grade. Dayle is a loving wife to Clayton Percle, and her family are active members of the Kings Chapel Church in Clifton.  Dayle is a graduate of The United States Air Force Academy, where she received her Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry.  She then commissioned into the Air Force and attended Boston University School of Law to become a JAG officer and lawyer. Mark Gottlieb has been an entrepreneur most of his life. His first major company was DesignTech International which produced over $125 million in consumer electronic products, mostly automotive and telephone accessories. His last company was LogicMark, LLC which produced a line of Personal Emergency Response System for the home healthcare market. This company received the honor of making the INC 500/5000 awards two years in a row for its record growth before he sold the company in 2011. Mark earned two master’s degrees from Stanford University. One in Engineering Management (Industrial Engineering) and the other in Product Design (Mechanical Engineering). [...]

Mrs. Sandra Busching helped launch Ad Fontes Academy by serving as teacher of the initial class of students in 1996. A graduate of Wheaton College (IL), Sandra holds a Masters degree in education. She taught and worked to develop the curriculum for four years at AFA before stepping away from the classroom to raise two sons. Sandra joined the staff of Rivendell School in Arlington in 2013, where she currently serves as Assistant Head of School for Administration and Communications. Mrs. Karen Dougherty is the proud mom of a 2019 Ad Fontes Academy graduate. She loves the school so much, she spent 3 years serving as a member of the Board of Trustees and is honored to now serve as the Head of School. She is a graduate of Bethany College, Bethany, West Virginia where she received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Fine Arts/Theatre with a minor in Business Management. Mr. Kyle Perry first attended Ad Fontes Academy as a student in 2003 and graduated in AFA's Class of 2011. He received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Building Construction with a minor in Real Estate from Virginia Tech and has experience across several sectors of the construction industry. Kyle is currently the Director of Estimating at Jenkins Restorations, where he specializes in residential and commercial insurance restoration. He and his wife Mary Joyce, who is a fellow 2011 graduate of Ad Fontes, currently live in Centreville, Virginia. Kyle has served on the AFA Board since 2022. [...]

Hal and his family have been a part of the Ad Fontes community for almost 20 years. He is the father of two AFA graduates from the classes of 2003 and 2007 and served on the Board of Trustees as both a member and a Board Chair from 2000-2009. Hal currently works for Jacobs Engineering as a senior portfolio and project manager. He and his wife Lauren attend Cornerstone Chapel in Leesburg.
