We believe Jesus Christ is Lord of all creation, every person, and every field of knowledge. Our goal is for students to know God, and to deepen their love and faith in Christ. Faith is modeled and nurtured by teachers committed to following Christ in their lives and helping students apply faith to real life, growing in wisdom together. Students are encouraged to seek truth and pursue the purpose for which they were created.

Engaging Intellects

Equipping students with the foundational tools of learning.

In a natural alignment with the stages of childhood development, the Classical Trivium of grammar, logic, and rhetoric cultivates a love for beauty, virtue, and truth in students and equips them with the tools necessary to become life-long learners in any discipline. In the grammar stage, young students build a solid educational foundation by learning to observe, organize, and memorize the core elements of any area of study. In the logic stage, students learn to use sound reasoning, discussion, and debate to synthesize and evaluate new areas of inquiry. The progressive growth of the previous stages comes to fruition in the rhetoric stage as students practice articulating and defending their ideas – through both the spoken and written word – with eloquence, conviction, persuasion, and civility.

Our students learn to love classmates with diverse abilities and personalities. They care for students across the grade levels, including their younger brothers and sisters on campus. In the Upper School, students adopt leadership roles within the school through our House system and create their own clubs and activities.
