Mrs. Maryanna Kim graduated from the University of Virginia with a B.A. in Fine Arts and a minor in Architecture. She received her M.A. in Education from George Mason University with a teaching certificate in PK-6 and an endorsement in art. She has taught for eight years in public schools. Mrs. Kim has taught third grade, sixth grade, and elementary art across all grade levels. She has experience as a children’s ministry coordinator, Sunday School teacher, youth leader, and still volunteers at her church for VBS and various events. She and her husband have three young boys; two are currently students at AFA. She is honored for the opportunity to serve AFA and its students!
