Mrs. Janet Cooper

Mrs. Janet Cooper teaches Latin in the lower school. Prior to Ad Fontes, she was a teacher and principal at another start-up classical school. She began at AFA as a first-grade teacher for four years before becoming the Lower School Principal. Mrs. Cooper holds an associate degree in Liberal Arts from Oxford College at Emory University and a bachelor’s degree in Tutorial Studies (Philosophy) from the University of Chicago. She is married to Peter and has three children: Prentice, Emma and Ezra (all AFA graduates).
