Mr. Tim Holden grew up in a farming community in rural Oklahoma and began his career in graphic design after graduating from the University of Central Oklahoma. His gifts in art led him to Africa to support Bible translation efforts as he served with Wycliffe Bible Translators. Tim has served as a frontline church planter in Western Europe as well as supporting roles in organizing systematic Bible training for West African pastors. Tim married Allison in 1999 and they have two sons, the oldest is a ninth grader at AFA. Tim has served full-time with Cru since 2013 in ministry with The Jesus Film Project, Christian Embassy in Washington D.C. and currently he and Allison serve with a Cru ministry called Valor, where they work with college ROTC cadets across the DMV.
